Two-day checkup program

We recommend you to have an annual medical checkup. This will enable you to maintain your health and detect any latent health problems.
The records of the medical checkups will be useful to make early diagnosis and treatment of illness. The two-day checkup program starts on Tuesday or on Thursday.
Charge for two-day checkup program: 64,500 yen (tax-excluded). The lunch, dinner and stay in the hospital of the first day and the lunch of the second day are included.
No health insurance is available.

Please fill in all details about your health in the questionnaire sent to you.
You should not take anything after 9:00 pm the previous night. Avoid alcohol the previous day.
Do not forget to bring with you the appointment document, questionnaire, plastic containers of a stool sample, underwear, toilet articles and slippers.

Check in: 8:00 am at Health Checkup Center.

  1. Physical examination by internist, surgeon, urologist and ophthalmologist. Uterine cervix smear test (for women).
  2. Body measurement. Body fat ratio.
  3. Vision, Hearing, Blood pressure, Electrocardiogram, Fundus of eye, Eyeball pressure, Lung function, Bone density (option), Arteriosclerosis (option)
  4. Chest-X ray, Ultrasound scan of abdomen.
  5. Camera of stomach
  6. Total protein, Albumin, Total bilirubin, Cholinesterase, GOT, GPT, Gamma-GTP, LDH, Creatinine phosphokinase, Alkaline phosphatase, Neutral fat, Total cholesterol, Urea nitrogen, Creatinine, beta2-Microglobulin, Uric acid, Electrolytes, Fasting blood sugar, Serum amylase, Serum iron, Oral glucose tolerance test, HbA1c for diabetics, Blood sedimentation rate, Protein electrophoresis
  7. Complete blood count
